Published prices. No surprise bills.
We don’t take insurance, so you know what a visit costs before you book. You can pay with an HSA or FSA card, and if your plan has out-of-network benefits, we’ll give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement.

Insurance, HSA and FSA
How paying for care works here
Have a question that isn’t here? Ask on your free call.
Do you take insurance?
No. We’re an out-of-network, insurance-free practice. That’s what lets us spend a full hour with you one-on-one and build a plan around your goals instead of around visit caps and authorizations.
Can I get reimbursed by my insurance?
Often, yes. If your plan has out-of-network physical therapy benefits, we’ll give you a superbill: an itemized receipt with the diagnosis and treatment codes your insurer needs. You submit it and your insurer reimburses you directly. Ask your insurer about “out-of-network outpatient physical therapy benefits” to find out what they’ll cover.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Physical therapy is generally an eligible expense for health savings and flexible spending accounts, so you can usually pay with your HSA or FSA card. Performance testing and longevity coaching usually aren’t eligible unless they treat a specific medical condition, so check with your plan administrator.
What does it cost?
Your first physical therapy visit, a 60-minute evaluation and treatment, is $210. Follow-up visits are $175 for 60 minutes, in person or virtual. Every price is published on our pricing page, and the discovery call is free.
What happens on the free 15-minute call?
You talk with one of our Doctors of Physical Therapy about what’s going on and what you want to get back to. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit and what the next step would be. There’s no obligation to book anything.
Why don’t you take insurance?
Too often, insurance dictates how long or how many times a provider can see you, what services can be delivered, and even the level of quality. By stepping outside of the insurance system, we can focus 100% on you: your goals, your needs, your long-term health.
Do I need a referral from a doctor?
No. Oregon lets you see a physical therapist directly, without a physician’s referral. If we find something that needs a physician’s attention, we’ll tell you and help you get to the right person.
How many visits will I need?
It depends on what we find. After your evaluation we’ll give you an honest estimate. Because we don’t bill insurance, your plan isn’t capped at an arbitrary number of visits or cut short when an authorization runs out.
Find out what’s actually going on.
Tell us what’s going on in a free 15-minute call with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We’ll tell you honestly whether we’re a fit and what the next step is.
