Golf Performance Training That Starts With Your Body

Your swing can only use the rotation, strength and balance your body has. We test all three, treat what’s limiting you or causing pain, and train you for what the game demands. Adam is Titleist Performance Institute certified, and both of our providers are Doctors of Physical Therapy.

What we help with

If this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

  • Low back pain during or after a round
  • Stiff hips or upper back limiting rotation
  • Shoulder, elbow and wrist pain
  • Getting back to golf after surgery
  • Losing distance or clubhead speed
  • Walking 18 without paying for it the next day

How it works

Test. Rebuild. Optimize.

  1. Test

A TPI movement screen, strength testing and force plate analysis show where your body is losing rotation, stability or power.

  2. Rebuild

One-on-one treatment for anything that hurts, plus mobility and strength work built around what the swing asks of your hips, spine and shoulders.

  3. Optimize

A golf-specific program in the app you can follow at the gym or at home, updated as your body and your game improve.

What patients say

All reviews
★★★★★

“I had back surgery in April and honestly wasn’t sure what my golf game would look like afterward. Jay is the reason I’m not just back on the course, but playing better than I expected, walking all 18 holes with no cart. He didn’t hand me a generic stretching routine. He built a program around what golf actually demands: rotation through the hips and thoracic spine, the load on my back through the swing.”

“When I first met them, I could barely walk because of sciatic issues. They have helped me so much that I’m now moving and feeling better than I have in years, and I’m playing the best golf of my life.”

“I started working with Jay for golf performance and longevity, and it’s been a game changer. My swing mechanics are more efficient, my ball speed is up to 171 mph, and I feel confident that I can play and train without worrying about injuries. The one-on-one, concierge-style approach and focus on biomechanics, mobility, and strength makes this completely different from traditional training or physical therapy.”

Do you work on my swing?

We work on the body that makes the swing. Your coach or pro handles technique; we make sure you have the mobility, stability and strength to execute it without pain.

I’m not hurt. Is this for me?

Yes. Plenty of golfers come to us to add speed, move better or stay healthy for more seasons. You don’t need to be in pain to benefit from testing and a plan.
